With more than a decade in the Asheville real estate industry, Kim brings a rare, ground-level understanding of how deals really come together. She got her start in 2014 as Office Manager for a local and prominent real estate office, where she learned the business from the inside out while working closely with experienced agents in a fast-moving, detail-driven environment.
From there, Kim served as Assistant to a Top 100 Broker in Asheville, gaining deep exposure to transaction management and the full lifecycle of a real estate deal. These years behind the scenes sharpened her operational instincts and gave her an intimate understanding of the Asheville and Western North Carolina markets providing knowledge she's built not just through work, but through a lifetime of calling this area home.
After years spent supporting agents and top producers, Kim moved into full-time sales, bringing with her a strong foundation in brokerage operations, client service, and contract-to-close management. That background gives her clients a real advantage. She knows what can go wrong in a transaction, and more importantly, how to keep it on track while guiding people with confidence, clarity, and a steady hand.
Outside of real estate, Kim serves as a high school cheerleading coach, a role that sharpens her leadership and communication skills daily. She's a devoted mother of four, three girls and a boy and spends her free time outdoors, enjoying Asheville's local music scene, and making the most of time with her family.
